Abstract Submission Guidelines
All cancer research and oncology abstracts must be submitted through the official conference submission portal before the deadline. Submissions are reviewed by the scientific committee for relevance, scientific quality, and originality.
- Word limit: 250-300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations).
- Structure: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Format: Use sentence case, avoid references/tables/images in abstract text.
- Language: Abstracts must be written in clear scientific English.
- Submission cap: Maximum 2 abstracts per presenting author.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Oral presenters should prepare concise, evidence-driven talks aligned with cancer research track scope and timing.
- Duration: 10-12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A (unless otherwise notified).
- Slides: 16:9 format, PPT/PDF accepted; use high-contrast visuals and readable fonts.
- Naming: Upload file as Lastname_Track_Session.
- Language: English only for oral delivery and slides.
- Timing control: Session chairs may stop presentations that exceed limits.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster sessions are designed for direct scientific exchange and should present clear, data-focused oncology research narratives.
- Recommended size: A0 portrait (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm).
- Orientation: Portrait only unless special instructions are provided.
- Layout: Title, authors, affiliations, objectives, methods, results, conclusion.
- Visual quality: Use large headings and legible charts for viewing from distance.
- Attendance: At least one author must be present during assigned poster slot.
Speaker Guidelines
Speakers are expected to align with the session schedule and complete technical preparation ahead of time.
- Check-in: Report to speaker-ready desk at least 90 minutes before session start.
- Slide upload: Final slides must be uploaded no later than the morning of your talk.
- Session flow: Follow chair instructions for timing, Q&A, and panel transitions.
- Preparation: Keep backup copy on USB and cloud storage.
- Conflicts: Disclose financial or research conflicts on your opening slide.
Registration Policies
Registration confirms access based on selected category and conference policy terms.
- Early bird: Available until the announced cutoff date on the registration page.
- Group discount: Special rates are available for groups of 3+ attendees.
- Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to colleagues or future events per policy.
- Accommodation: Hotel and travel costs are not included in conference registration fees.
- Invitation letters: Issued only for completed and paid registrations.

Certificates
Participation and presentation certificates are issued after session completion and attendance validation.
Proceedings Publication
Selected accepted abstracts may be included in conference proceedings and indexed publication outputs.
